Know one is born discriminating, it's a learned behavior. These types of behaviors come in many ways. For instance, there can be a long history of hate and discrimination in the family and/or environment that you grow in, therefore; discrimination may come naturally. On the other hand, some may discriminate to fit in to keep from becoming the outsider, even though they know it's wrong. In many cases, they'll start believing in their own demise for the sake of status and the ability to fit in. There are also the ones that are properly taught right from wrong and will proudly stand by their upbringing to the point of challenge to anyone that comes against it.
In a recent interview with Edgility Consultant and Online Influencer Ron Rapatalo, discrimination online and in the office can have the same daunting effects. Given his own personal experiences and knowledge of peers in similar situations, most all experiences became a mere after-thought, "left feeling like the basis for discrimination is hard to prove" (R. Rapatalo, August 2019), therefore nothing is ever done. There's much to be said about racism and discrimination. Matters of opinions can be argued from the highest status` of society to the lowest status without ever coming to a single solution.
Research shows that most people that create the tools for communicating online and social media in general are caucasian. Therefore the range of information provided to viewers may not be as accurate as it seems. In many cases we have to use our own common sense and decipher the truths from the lack of truth that we often encounter from social media sources with strong followers.
With the given situations that we face in online social media. Connexion II will create a broad platform focusing on a diverse and mature audience. We will eliminate online acts of discrimination and rid the hidden agendas of racism that has taunted humanity over thousands of years.
